Q: How to wash and maintain the cookware?

A: With a little bit of care, your cookware will retain its beauty for years to come! You can use abrasive scrubbies on the bottom or the inside of the pan. We do not recommend using abrasives on the outside or covers as it will dull the mirror polish finish. The cookware comes with a Surface Master powder cleanser that is designed as a final finish to buff out any food or oil stains that may remain on the surface of the steel.
